I used VanPac to move a mattress from the US to Singapore when I bought a new condo in Singapore.
After accepting their quote, the mattress was on route and then they told me about an additional $700 of fees after they already collected my goods. they would not release my goods until I paid the additional $700. This fee description was deep in the fine print and no estimate was given. I complained and the US team and Singapore team just pointed finger at each other and nothing was done. This place is not a reputable firm and unfairly cheats their customers.
